Sweet Pickle Relish
6 c. ground cucumbers
3 c. ground onions
2 ground bell peppers
2 ground red peppers
3 c. ground celery
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. salt
Pour salt over ground vegetables and let stand overnight. Drain
well. Make solution of: 3 c. sugar (or more to suit taste) 2 tsp.
mustard seed 2 tsp. celery seed
Bring to a boil, add vegetables and bring to a boil again. Pour into
sterilized jars and seal.
