Pickled Hot Banana Peppers
Slice the peppers into rings. Pack into jars Put 1/8 teaspoon
turmeric in each jar (pint jars.)
Cover with boiling brine of 1/2 cup pickling salt; 2 1/4 cups
white vinegar; 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Pour over the
peppers in jars.
