Fruity Peanut Butter Spread Recipe

1 medium apple, quartered but not peeled

1/2 C. dried cherries or dried cranberries

1 C. peanut butter

1/4 C. orange juice

1/2 t. cinnamon

In a food processor, chop apple and cranberries.

In a small bowl, combine peanut butter, orange juice and cinnamon.

Stir apple and cranberry mixture into peanut butter mixture until combined.

Cover and refrigerate.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
