Baked Winter Squash
Yield: 2 Servings
1 med. butternut squash
1 tbsp. applesauce
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. molasses
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Peel squash. Cut squash into slices about 1/2-in. thick and lay slices in baking
dish.
Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over squash.
Bake at 350�F. for 60 minutes, covered. |
