Mandarin Orange Bars
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix with frosting
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can Mandarin oranges with juice
Mandarin Orange Frosting:
8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. bowl Cool Whip
Beat cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges with juice for 2 minutes. Pour into greased
jelly roll pan. bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix ingredients for
frosting until well blended. Put on bars.
